By accessing or using our Website, products, and services, you (“you,” “student,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

1. Services Provided

We provide language-learning services, including but not limited to:

  • Live online group classes conducted via Zoom or similar platforms,

  • On-demand pre-recorded courses,

  • Future apps or other digital products related to language learning.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 15 years and older. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for your use.

3. Accounts and Access

  • To purchase or access on-demand courses, you may be required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

  • You may not share, resell, or transfer your account to others.

  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • All fees must be paid in full before access is granted to services.

  • Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) by default. At our discretion, we may also display or accept United States Dollars (USD) or other currencies.

  • You are responsible for any applicable bank fees, transfer costs, or currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider.

  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Live Group Classes: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once a class has begun.

  • On-Demand Courses: All purchases are final. In accordance with EU consumer law, you acknowledge that by accessing digital content, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal. If you have not accessed the course and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.

  • Other Products/Services: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Website content, course materials, videos, Zoom recordings, and related resources are owned by the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • You may not copy, distribute, record, resell, or otherwise exploit our content without express written consent.

  • Sharing account access or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.

7. Recordings and Testimonials

  • Live classes may be recorded. By participating, you consent to such recordings.

  • Recordings may be used for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.

  • Student testimonials submitted to us may also be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations,

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems,

  • Use our Website for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes,

  • Share or resell your account,

  • Interfere with the operation of our Website or services.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (including but not limited to Zoom, Stripe, hosting services, and email services). We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, or liabilities caused by third-party platforms.

10. Service Availability and Technical Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required internet access, devices, and software to use our services.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.

11. Communications

By registering, you agree to receive necessary administrative communications related to your account, classes, or purchases. You may opt out of marketing emails, but not essential service communications.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

  • We make no guarantees regarding language fluency, learning outcomes, or any specific results.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to services if you:

  • Violate these Terms,

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or misconduct,

  • Fail to pay fees due.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, government restrictions, internet outages, or failures of third-party providers.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our Website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.

  • We encourage resolving disputes amicably through direct communication first.

  • If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede any prior agreements.

  • Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. Translations (if any) are for convenience only; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
